Click on New Profile

Not all information is required for completion, but do complete name, social security number and contact information. You will need to create a User name and Password.

After your profile is completed click on Professional License Renewal on the left side of the screen.

On the right side of screen select Register for Access- Choose Board of Dental Examiners and select Register
Complete the required information.

The online renewal system is available 24-7.
Payment is by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
You can print a receipt and pocket card as soon as payment is submitted and all requirements have been met.

You will receive an email confirmation.
